
Police and the military are investigating the discovery of the body of a man within the Moi Air Base in Eastleigh, Nairobi.
Police said preliminary findings show the man was killed elsewhere and the body dumped at the southern part of the perimeter fence of the base.
The body was within the camp compound when police were called to pick at the mortuary Thursday evening.
The man was not immediately identified and the body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy and identification.
The motive of the incident is yet to be known.

The body of Alexander Isika Nomo was discovered dangling on a tree in a bush.
Police said a sisal rope was tied around his neck.
