A man was killed by a speeding train along the Kisumu-Nakuru railway line.
The deceased identified as Wycliffe Omondi was hit and dragged for almost 50 meters along the railway line on Tuesday morning.
Police said the badly mutilated body was recovered from the scene long after the incident.
It is not clear if the man was killed in an accident or died by suicide.
The body parts were picked up at the mortuary pending autopsy.
Such accidents are common on the route.
