Radisson Hotel Group has introduced a new global extended-stay programme aimed at tapping into rising demand for longer-term accommodation among corporate and business travellers.
The Long Stays by Radisson Hotels initiative is primarily targeted at business-to-business partners, including relocation firms, travel management companies and corporate travel buyers seeking flexible accommodation for employees and clients.
The hotel group said demand for extended stays is increasing as companies manage international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting engagements, healthcare placements and workforce mobility across different markets.
Under the new programme, participating hotels will offer tiered rates based on the length of a guest’s stay, alongside standardised booking terms and commission structures designed to make it easier for corporate partners to secure accommodation.

The arrangement will give partners access to dedicated long-stay rates and consistent commercial conditions across participating Radisson properties, reducing the need to negotiate separate agreements with individual hotels.
Radisson Hotel Group Chief Commercial Officer Gianni Di Fede said the initiative combines structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, allowing the group to attract and manage extended-stay business more efficiently while strengthening customer loyalty.
The company said the programme is supported by strong demand for extended accommodation in major markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, with cities including Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam identified as key markets for the segment.
