Raila Odinga, leader of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), is gearing up for a comprehensive two-day tour of Migori County, commencing on Saturday, November 25.
The inaugural day of Odinga’s tour will witness his participation in the funeral proceedings of former Masaba Ward Representative Abedi Maroa.
Subsequently, he will proceed to Nyatike sub-county, where he will take center stage in launching the ODM party membership registration drive.
On the following day, the opposition leader is scheduled to visit Migori Level Four Hospital and Rongo sub-county hospital, concluding his tour with the initiation of the ODM party membership registration in the same locality.
Nyatike Member of Parliament, Tom Odege, has extended an invitation to the residents of Migori County, urging them to extend a warm welcome to Odinga during his countywide tour.
Odege expressed confidence in the peaceful nature of Odinga’s meetings and encouraged party supporters to actively participate in large numbers.
Furthermore, Odege called upon ODM enthusiasts to seize the opportunity and register as party members in the ongoing membership registration drive.
