Rally driver Maxine Wahome will Wednesday, March 8 face murder charges over the death of her boyfriend Assad Khan.
The prosecution told a court Tuesday that Maxine will be arraigned to answer to charges of murder.
This is after the court directed the DPP to file a report in court on whether they will charge her with murder or not.
The state has asked the court to close the file without any clarification on what to follow.
The DPP also asked the court to detain Maxine at Kilimani police station so as to undergo a mental assessment before taking the plea of murder.
She was in court when the new developments came out on Tuesday.
She denies the claims.
She says Assad injured himself in a confrontation in their house in Kileleshwa.
