Police are looking for an unknown number of burglars who broke into a church in Tseikuru, Kitui County, and stole electronic goods.
The gang went to Zion Global Ministries African Chorch Saturday and broke into the main church and store but did not touch anything there.
The pastor in the church said the group went to his office where they stole four microphones, two microphone receivers, and extension wire cables.
The thieves escaped without injuring anyone.
A hunt for the suspects is ongoing.
Elsewhere at the Kenya Railways stores in Nairobi, a suspect was arrested while trying to steal scaffolds and aluminum.
The suspect is said to have been part of a group that broke into the store on Saturday before an alarm was raised alerting security on duty.
The other suspects managed to escape the Saturday midnight incident, police said.
