Vanessa Ogema, the woman caught on camera mistreating hospital staff at Port Victoria Hospital in Busia County, has turned herself into the police.
On Sunday, she walked into the Busia police station around noon, concealing her face with a surgical mask and a bulky hood.
In a widely circulated video from January 3, Ogema and an unidentified man were seen harassing hospital staff.
The footage showed her creating chaos by throwing files on the floor, hitting a table, and shouting at the hospital workers.
The disturbing incident prompted public outcry, with many demanding appropriate action against Ogema.

Davji Atellah, the Secretary General of the Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists Dentists Union (KMPDU), expressed his concern and called for legal action.
e stated, “This is rudimentary, illegal, and immoral.
The attitude and action by politicians and their cronies to threaten healthcare workers at their place of work should be curtailed.”
Atellah emphasized the urgency of holding the perpetrators accountable for their actions.
The incident had serious consequences, leading hospital staff to go on strike on January 5.
Families were compelled to relocate their patients to alternative facilities.
The Busia County government, in an official statement, highlighted the destruction of hospital property during the incident, including an oxygen concentrator.
