Two people died on Thursday morning in a road accident involving a lorry and pick-up on the Kenol -Murang’a Road.
Police said the 10 am accident occurred after the driver of the pick-up attempted to overtake a Passenger Service Vehicle leading to a head-on collision.
The driver of the lorry and his turn boy escaped unhurt but the two male occupants of the pickup died on the spot.
