The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has invited companies and service providers to bid for a range of contracts linked to the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which will be jointly hosted by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
In a notice issued on Friday, August 28, CAF said the opportunities span several areas of tournament planning and operations, including ticketing, transport, accommodation, broadcasting, accreditation, venue access, technology, branding, ceremonies, photography and workforce management.
Qualified firms have been asked to submit their proposals in line with the requirements set out in the respective Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Among the tenders available are end-to-end ticketing services, integrated transport, hotel and accommodation services, infotainment, venue access management, accreditation printing materials and accessories, as well as access control hardware and equipment.
CAF is also seeking providers for host broadcasting, crew and transmission services, accreditation management systems, language services, on-site television graphics, and workforce and volunteer management.
Other opportunities include pitch and floodlight expertise, testing and monitoring, training and technical support, photography, branding and signage, and pre-match ceremony services.
The football governing body has further listed opportunities involving apartments and accommodation, player and team tracking cameras, Semi-Automated Offside Technology (SAOT), goal-line technology, live data, fitness data and match tactical data.
The tender programme also covers Video Assistant Referee (VAR) services, additional team and medical services, information systems, public announcement systems, RefCam services and technical report tools.
Interested firms must submit their proposals by email no later than September 16, 2026, at 5:00pm Cairo time. Submissions are to be sent to procurement@cafonline.com in accordance with the RFP instructions.
CAF said it would share responses to inquiries with bidders who submit their Letters of Interest within the stipulated process.
Prospective bidders have also been reminded to provide all mandatory registration documents and compliance forms alongside their proposals.

Companies seeking full details of the available opportunities can access the official CAF tender portal.
The announcement comes shortly after CAF conducted a high-level assessment of preparations by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania ahead of the tournament.
The review was chaired by CAF Acting General Secretary Samson Adamu and brought together officials from the three host countries.
Kenya’s Sports Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya joined his Ugandan and Tanzanian counterparts during a meeting of the PAMOJA Oversight Council with CAF officials to assess preparations and coordinate the next phase of AFCON 2027 delivery.
The three governments also reaffirmed their commitment to implementing the proposed PAMOJA Visa Framework, which is designed to ease cross-border movement during the tournament.
The framework is expected to facilitate the movement of fans, teams, officials, accredited media, sponsors, suppliers and other AFCON stakeholders between the three countries, while also providing immigration and customs facilitation for tournament-related goods and equipment.
