The number of the people killed during the Saba Saba protests hit 31 on Tuesday.
The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights said 107 were injured, two are missing while 532 were arrested in the chaos.
The commission said there was destruction of property of unknown value.
“The KNCHR strongly condemns all Human Rights violations and urge accountability from all responsible parties’ including police, civilians and all other stakeholders.”
“We once again send our message of condolence to those who lost their loved ones and wish a quick recovery to those nursing injuries,” said the commission in a statement.
At least six people including a 12-year-old girl were shot and killed in Kiambu during the protests on Monday.
Among the victims is 12-year-old Bridgit Njoki, who was shot dead while watching TV at home in Ndumberi village.
Her mother Lucy Ngugi said the girl was shot in the head.
“It was around 6:20 pm, we were at home as a family when a stray bullet penetrated our house and caught my daughter on the head,” Ngugi recounted.
She said their home is about two kilometers from the main road where protests were taking place.
Njoki died while being resuscitated at St. Brigid’s Hospital.
