A group of soldiers from the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) got hurt when their vehicle drove over a hidden explosive device in Lamu County last Sunday.
KDF released a statement on Monday explaining that these officers were patrolling along the Milimani Baure road when this unexpected event occurred.
The statement mentioned, “The injured were airlifted to Manda Base Hospital for medical care.”
At the same time, KDF is urging local residents to help by providing any information they might have about the individuals responsible for these criminal acts.
They also strongly disapprove of such harmful activities within the nation.
