Kenya Launches First Longevity Clinic In East Africa, Tapping Into $89 Billion Wellness Tourism Boom

Kenya is officially entering the global wellness arena with the launch of The Limitless Clinic by Entim Sidai, a first-of-its-kind longevity and regenerative medicine center in East Africa.

The clinic, opening this week in Nairobi’s Karen suburb, brings cutting-edge health optimization services to a region historically underserved in this space.

As Africa’s wellness tourism sector grows — valued at over USD 89 billion in 2023 and projected to reach USD 114 billion by 2029 — Kenya is positioning itself as a serious player in the multi-trillion dollar global wellness economy.

Located within the forested grounds of Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary, the Limitless Clinic offers a wide range of advanced, science-backed treatments including biological age testing, personalized diagnostics, stress and sleep optimization therapies, and recovery protocols grounded in nature-based healing.

“Africa has always been the cradle of humanity — now, we reclaim leadership in the innovation of longevity medicine,” said Dr. Elie Abirached, the clinic’s lead physician and a globally trained expert in regenerative medicine.

While wellness and medical tourism have long been centered in markets like South Africa, Kenya has lacked integrated clinics offering comprehensive longevity services — until now.

The Limitless Clinic aims to serve not just international travelers, but also regional clients seeking world-class preventive healthcare closer to home.

“This isn’t just a clinic — it’s a signal that East Africa is ready to lead in holistic health and wellness,” said Dr. Jacqueline Manu, MD at Limitless Clinic.
