President William Ruto arrived in Seoul, South Korea Tuesday November 22 for bilateral talks with President Yoon Suk Yeol.
Kenya is keen on expanding economic ties with the East Asian nation and exploring areas of cooperation, especially in ICT, education, pharmaceutical and infrastructure.
Ruto was scheduled to attend a business forum where he will market Kenya as a suitable investment destination for foreign investors.
The visit is also expected to open up job opportunities for tech-savvy youth in both countries.
President Ruto’s first meeting, will be with the Kenyan community living in South Korea.
The President is in South Korea for a three-day official visit on the invitation of his counterpart Yoon Suk Yeol.
