A man was arrested after he allegedly killed his two children in Nyamache, Kisii county.
The children are aged two and three.
Nyamache OCPD Kipkulei Kipkemboi said after killing the children, the suspect dumped the two bodies at a family farm in the Kiobegi area of Kisii County.
The two minors had deep cuts on their heads an indication that they could have been hacked with a machete, police said.
The motive of the incident is yet to be known.
Police moved the bodies to the mortuary for autopsy as part of the probe into the incident.
