Police are looking for a gunman who shot and injured a soldier at a bar in an argument in Nairobi’s Buruburu area.
The two and others were at Hornbill Club near a pool section when an argument arose Monday, January 23 morning.
Witnesses and police said it was then that a businessman only known as Shawn drew his gun and shot three times into the air.
One of the bullets hit a wall and ricocheted and hit a military soldier who was present injuring him in the left arm.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was admitted in stable condition.
The gunman escaped the scene and is yet to be found, police said.
Police said they are yet to establish if the reveler is a licensed gun holder.
Efforts to get him are ongoing.
