Russia’s President Vladimir Putin celebrated the 10th anniversary of the annexation of Crimea from Ukraine, asserting its return to Russia during a concert in Moscow’s Red Square.

International reactions varied, with Germany denouncing it as a “pseudo-election” and the US stating it was “obviously not free nor fair.”
