Police in Uasin Gishu County is investigating an incident in which a security guard was killed at Sugoi Girls, Turbo Constituency.
Police said several gangsters with crude weapons sneaked into the school.
The robbers entered the school compound by cutting the perimeter fence before killing the guard, police said.
The guard, 45, was found dead in the morning.
A Sh55,000 television set was stolen during the incident.
The deceased body was taken to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary in Eldoret as the hunt on the gang goes on.
