Although they are continuing to monitor these individuals.
The World Health Organization declared the ongoing mpox outbreak in Africa a public health emergency of international concern on August 14.
The disease, which causes symptoms like fever and rash, saw a significant number of cases in 2022, primarily in Europe and the United States.
According to the WHO, infections are rising again, particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
