On Saturday, a fatal road accident in the Mustard area on the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway resulted in one person losing their life, while several others suffered injuries.
The incident, which involved three Isuzu vehicles and a Mercedes-Benz trailer, occurred around 5 am. Survivors of the accident are currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Nakuru, as revealed by the National Police Service (NPS).
In a statement on X, the NPS stated, “Those injured are currently receiving treatment at PGH Nakuru, as Kaptembwa Police Station commences investigation into the cause of the accident.”

The law enforcement agency also issued a plea to Kenyans, urging them to be extra cautious on the roads to prevent similar incidents.
