Brian Mwenda Njagi, accused of posing as a lawyer, has been directed to present himself at the Muthaiga police station by noon on Tuesday.
This directive stems from a warrant of arrest issued by the Makadara Law courts.
High court Judge Nixon Sifuna refused to cancel the warrant, instructing Mwenda to appear before the Officer in Charge (OCS) at Muthaiga by 12:30 pm to facilitate his arrest.
The court plans to arraign him on Wednesday for plea proceedings.

Judge Sifuna emphasized that failure to comply would grant any police officer or member of the public the authority to arrest Mwenda and bring him to the nearest police station.
The initial warrant was issued by the Makadara law courts after Mwenda failed to attend court for plea-taking.
Mwenda, the alleged imposter, faced charges on October 18, 2023, involving six counts of forging a false document, creating a false document, and possessing a fraudulent practicing certificate.
During his court appearance before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina, Mwenda pleaded not guilty to all charges.
