Police are investigating an incident in which a body of a man was found in a bizarre kneeling position in Woodley estate, Nairobi.
Police said the body of John Edgar Obok, 58 was found dead in a kneeling position beside a stool inside his house on Saturday.
A team that visited the scene said they found some medication documents indicating that he was suffering from high blood pressure and stomach ailment and was undergoing treatment.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy.
In Mathare slums, the body of a man was found on the roadside.
The body had a stab wound in the left thigh.
