A man in Rwanda is in custody because something very troubling was found in his kitchen.
The police and news reports say that more than ten dead bodies were discovered there.
This man, who is 34 years old, is suspected of being a serial killer.
The police believe that he tricked his victims into coming to his house, which he was renting in a part of the capital called Kigali.
They say he met his victims at bars and somehow got them to come to his place.
Some local news outlets say they’ve found more than ten bodies, but a secret source from the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) mentioned that they’ve counted 14 victims so far.
However, an official spokesperson from RIB, Thierry Murangira, said they are still figuring out the exact number using scientific investigations.
This man had been arrested back in July for different crimes like robbery and rape, but he was released because there wasn’t enough evidence to keep him locked up, according to local reports.

The police didn’t give up on their investigations, though.
They arrested him again on Tuesday and searched his house.
That’s when they found the bodies buried in a hole he had dug right in his kitchen.
The source from RIB mentioned that this suspect admitted to learning how to kill by watching famous serial killers.
Shockingly, he even dissolved some of his victims in acid.
He would carefully choose his victims, often targeting people who didn’t have many close friends or family to look after them.
According to Murangira, this suspect has confessed to the killings during questioning.
Preliminary investigations show that the victims were both men and women.
His method was terrible.
He would lure people, often prostitutes, to his house, steal their phones and other belongings, strangle them to death, and then bury them in a hole he dug in the kitchen of his rented home.
