Moi International Airport in Kenya has been awarded the prestigious title of the Best Airport by Size and Region for Africa in the Under 2 Million Passenger Per Year category by the Airports Council International (ACI) World.
This accolade, announced as part of the esteemed ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey, highlights the airport’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences for travelers.
The ASQ Awards, established in 2006, are renowned for assessing global passenger experiences through Departure and Arrival Surveys, making them a vital benchmark for airport satisfaction.
With over 400 airports from 109 countries participating, the ASQ program stands as a symbol of excellence in customer service within the aviation industry.
Moi International Airport’s recognition in 2023 marks its third consecutive win in the same category, following its previous triumphs in 2021 and 2022.
Henry Ogoye, Acting Managing Director of the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA), expressed pride in the airport’s achievement, emphasizing the dedication to excellence in customer service.
