A nine-month-old baby girl was killed in a fire incident in Nairobi’s Kaloleni area.
The fire also destroyed more than 20 other structures, police said.
The fire broke out on Thursday evening spreading fast and burnt the baby who was alone in the affected house.
Police said the cause of the fire is yet to be known.
Those displaced by the fire are camping at the site and reconstructing their structures.
The remains of the baby were moved to the mortuary pending further probe.
