A police constable was Monday charged with murder before the Mombasa High Court.
Meshak Kosgei pleaded not guilty to the alleged murder of his wife, Emily Misiza, in Nyali on December 6, 2022.
Lady Justice Ann Ong’injo released Kosgei on Sh1 million bond with a surety of a similar amount.
The court warned the suspect against interfering with witnesses and the investigation process.
A pre-trial conference will be on February 6, 2023.
