Safaricom PLC has shared that they will temporarily close all their shops in Nairobi city on Friday, October 6, 2023.
However, the shops at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) will remain open.
“Normal services will resume on Saturday, 7th October 2023.
For further assistance, ask Zuri, call customer care, or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer,” it said in a statement.
The mobile service provider said the closure of its shops is to “enable us to carry out some internal process.”
These Safaricom shops provide various services such as customer support, replacing SIM cards, switching SIM cards, making bill payments, registering new phone lines, purchasing phones and accessories, and offering data services.
