14 year old dies in house after beating in California, Nairobi

Mystery surrounds the death of a 14-year- old boy whose body was found in their house with bruises in the head in Nairobi’s California estate, Nairobi.
Bidan Mburu, a pupil at Zawadi Primary School in Nairobi was found dead in their house on Tuesday morning.
The body had physical bruises and injuries on the back, chest and on the forehead.
The family said the boy had been out of school for three weeks over disciplinary issues.
Police said they were called and informed about the discovery of the body on the bed.
The team that visited the scene said they were informed the boy came back past midnight Monday with a torn shirt while appearing beaten and slept only to be found lifeless in the morning.
It is not clear who he had been with and if any they beat him up. Police said they are investigating the incident.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending further probe and autopsy.
