Police are investigating an incident in which a Ugandan national was stabbed and killed by a fellow Ugandan in a fight in Kamkunji area, Nairobi.
San Gamole, 37 succumbed to injuries he sustained in the fight over unknown reasons.
Witnesses told police the attacker was a fellow Ugandan man identified as only Onyango who escaped the scene.
Gamole was walking to a nearby kiosk near Starehe Boys Centre when the assailant confronted him stabbing him in the stomach.
The knife that was used in the attack was found beside the body of the victim.
The motive of the attack was not immediately established.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy and further probe.
Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei said a hunt on the assailant is ongoing.
He said the incident happened on Sunday night.
